Nike, Under Armour and Adidas have agreed to acquire the Zodiac Sign of Cancer for the Nike, Reebok and Under Armour brands, according to people familiar with the matter.

The deal is the first for a major U.S. sports apparel company.

Under Armour was previously owned by United Technologies and Adidas was founded by billionaire industrialist Frank Underwood.

The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2018.

The news follows reports that Nike and Adidas had been in talks for months to acquire ZodiacSign.

Adidas is the only major sports apparel brand that does not wear Zodiac signs, which it also owns.

Nike, however, owns a Zodiac symbol, while Under Armour does not.

Under Armour, under the umbrella of Under Armour Americas, has a strong footprint in the apparel industry and the company is expected at least to retain its Zodiacsign business.

Nike is also expected to remain a major player in the sportswear industry and it has an interest in continuing to produce a range of apparel and accessories for the brand.

Under the deal, Nike will own 50 percent of Adidas and 50 percent the remaining shares of UnderArmour Americas.

The brands will have equal shares of Reeboks brands, the sources said.

The companies also plan to merge under a new corporate umbrella.

The combined company will be known as Reebos Americas.

UnderArmours shares are down more than 1 percent on Monday morning.

The Nike deal is part of a broader strategy to make its apparel and footwear brands more appealing to consumers, and is also a sign of a possible push from Adidas and UnderArmors to expand their global footprint.

Adidas and Reebons have been building brands in Asia and the United States in recent years, with some of those brands, such as Rebar and Rebar + Partners, having a strong presence in Europe and in the United Kingdom.

In a statement, Nike said it “will continue to be the leader in athletic apparel for men and women, and we will work to deliver even more value for our customers in 2017.”

Reebos America is a new company that was launched in June.

It is not the same as UnderArmoured Americas.
